61210 - The Conrad Mansion in Kalispell is a preservation success story.

Built in 1895, the building and surrounding grounds were in severe disrepair

when the city purchased the property for $1.00 in 1974. The Conrad Mansion relies completely on proceeds from tours, special events,

donations and dedicated volunteers to stay open for the public. (Please scroll to the right to see the view.)
