They were: "PurASnow," "Red Star," "White Deer" and "Rex" Flour.  You were awarded a 7" x 3.5" glass mixing bowl for
every 25 pounds of flour you purchased.
You can still see a  "Rex Flour" advertisement in Pony, Montana and Deer Lodge, Montana.
